I recently found out my husband borrowed more money against an existing mortage,is this legal w/o my signature - o s signature showergel
Is it really legal in Louisiana for the mortgage company that you can borrow against our property without my signature? I would not have taken against our house, but apparently the mortgage do not have my signature. Is this legal?

This is a Brand New Second mortgage, it's hard to imagine that the finance companies do not require your signature. Is this an existing credit facility with a current lender, I see it will be possible. Why not document the review of the loan and to find out.
It may borrow its portion of the property value of the house.
You might want to check with a local mortgage company that topic. Could it be that he forged his signature to borrow the total amount.
This is a cause for concern. Perhaps you should first examine why you are doing something on his back. If it something that looks like it could be a second home for two or investing for retirement, you do not know.
The best way for seeing through a mortgage broker, then her husband to fulfill his work.
